Can I join a group to lower the cost?
Yes. We offer two types of tours:
Bus tours (standard itineraries) – Fixed schedule, shared coach, more affordable. Great for travelers on a budget who still want quality coverage of major sights.
Private customized tours – Fully flexible, private guide & vehicle, deeper cultural experiences. Higher cost, but you can share it with your own friends or family – the more people in your private party, the lower the cost per person.
Both options have their own strengths – choose what fits your travel style and budget.
How does the private tour customization work?
You fill out a simple brief (dates, interests, budget). We design a draft itinerary within 48 hours. You review and request changes – as many as you like. Once you’re happy, we lock the plan. No extra fees for revisions.
What makes your guides different from regular tour guides?
All our guides are licensed and have deep cultural expertise – history, architecture, art, or folk traditions. They speak fluent English (and other languages on request). They are storytellers, not just point‑and‑explain guides
Do you offer guides in languages other than English?
Yes. Depending on availability and advance booking, we can arrange guides who speak German, French, Spanish, Japanese, or Mandarin‑Chinese for immersive practice.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 15 days before start: full refund minus bank fees 5–15 days: 50% refund Less than 5 days: no refund We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellations.
