1. After your order is confirmed, if you need to change the date, please contact customer service to check availability. If the date cannot be changed, any resulting losses must be borne by yourself.
2. If you are late or unable to join the group due to personal reasons, you must make your own way to the next meeting point to rejoin the tour (transportation costs at your own expense). No refunds will be provided for missed or interrupted portions of the tour.
3. If you leave the group during the tour without authorization, it will be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal and no refund will be issued. You will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property loss incurred as a result.
4. When making a reservation, you must provide the information of the primary contact person. If you have any questions, please contact customer service to avoid errors that may affect your itinerary.
5. During the tour, please carry your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them properly secured. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
6. This tour is not suitable for elderly participants, individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, or pregnant women.
7. Pregnant women and minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to register for this tour alone. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian when booking and joining the tour.
8. This is a shared transfer with a fixed itinerary. All participants must strictly follow the scheduled stop durations at each attraction and comply with the driver-guide’s arrangements. If you prefer a flexible or customized itinerary, please inquire about private tour services.
9. Arrival times at each attraction may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels on the day of travel. In the event of delays or cancellations due to the above factors or other force majeure circumstances, we appreciate your understanding. Refunds will not be granted on these grounds.
10. Please wear light, comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes for this tour.
